EMTS Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
On March 11th, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. WHO defines a pandemic as a global spread of a new disease. Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will NOT be accepting any returns, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
After the COVID-19 pandemic is declared to be over by WHO, we will review our return policy and continue to act in the best interest of our customers and employees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Warranties:
At EMTS, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email. If contacted within 30 days of the original receipt date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with EMTS.
